SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States. Any shipments outside of Canada and the United States are not available at this time.
In-Store Pickup
We also offer free in-store pickup at 19 Trinity St. Toronto, Ontario. Please wait for confirmation email before going to the store location.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Orders are shipped Tuesday to Sunday, excluding statutory holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Shipping Costs
Gentil Uomo offers free shipping in Canada for orders over $200. Also, for Canada only, we charge $20 for orders up to $100, and $30 for orders up to $200. For the United States, we charge $35 on all orders.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult the customs legislations of your country. Gentil Uomo is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees or shipment delays due to customs.
Damaged Items in Transport

RETURN POLICY
If you receive your order and it is incorrect, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery to correct the sale. Please note that item(s) must be undamaged and unopened in original packaging, in order for the purchase to be corrected.
We do not offer return or exchange on any products.
Cancellation
If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a refund using the original method of payment. However, you will be charged the credit card service fee.
