Mon Art was founded by Roberto Montauti, and his son Piero.

Roberto Montauti’s career began by working with artists and engravers creating medals and commemorative plaques for important events and prominent personalities. When Mon Art was founded it began with a flagship product: the lapel pin.

In the 1990s, Mon Art expanded to include cufflinks and fashion accessories such as leather and stone bracelets. Inspired by nature and architecture, Mon Art artisans look to their Florentine artisan traditions and do much of the work by hand, coupled with evolving production methods.

Mon Art prides itself on craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. Today, the company is run by Piero’s children, Filippo and Silvia, who are proud to continue the work their father and grandfather started.

Mon Art is located in the city of Florence, in the Tuscany region of central Italy.
