Profumitalia was founded in 1946 by Aurelio Cerizza. Today, the company continues to be run by the Cerizza family.

Inspired by artisans, Profumitalia’s mission is to preserve the traditional Italian methods of perfume making while integrating a modern approach. The Pineider and Acqua di Portofino brands are part of the Profumitalia family of fragrance brands.

Profumitalia is located in the city of Milan, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy.
