Although Mondia was founded in Switzerland in 1935 by Paul Vermot, it found its home in Italy. Merging Swiss quality with Italian design and craftsmanship, Mondia has the perfect blend when designing timepieces that are elegant and fashionable.

In 1970, Mondia was acquired by Zenith. And since 2001, the Mondia brand has been distributed worldwide by Mondia Italia as a subsidiary of Sordi Spa, a well-established Italian watchmaker.
