SHIPPING POLICY

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Processing/shipping occurs Tuesday-Sunday, excluding holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada. Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and UPS and provide tracking. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices and delivery location.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship at additional shipping cost or offer a refund minus shipping cost and service fee.

Cancellation

If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a refund using the original method of payment minus the service fee.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates in Canada are $20 for orders up to $100 and $30 for orders over $100.

Damaged Items In Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at ciao@gentiluomo.ca or 416-214-0008.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at Distillery Historic District,19 Trinity St. Toronto, Ontario. Please wait for confirmation email before going to the store location.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please review product details and your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We do not offer return or exchange on orders.

If you receive your order and it is incorrect, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery to correct the sale. Please note that item(s) must be undamaged and unopened in original packaging, in order for the purchase to be corrected.
